Radmehr Behzadfar
Full-stack developer based in Toronto, currently running first-line IT support for a multi-site retail and warehouse operation while finishing an Advanced Diploma in Computer Programming & Analysis at Seneca Polytechnic. I ship production web apps with TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js, deploy on AWS and Vercel, and build Android apps in Kotlin.
Seeking a junior software, full-stack, or web developer role in Canada.
Experience
Information Technology Service Desk
First-line technical support for store and warehouse staff across a multi-site retail operation.
- Provide first-line support for Windows PCs, POS terminals, printers, barcode scanners, and basic networking across store and warehouse sites.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents, escalating complex issues with the context needed to keep them moving.
- Track and document tickets in internal tools so recurring problems become visible instead of being re-solved from scratch.
- Handle user account setup, access permissions, and routine maintenance to protect uptime and keep staff productive.
Inventory Associate
Receiving, inventory, and distribution work that later shaped how I design operational software.
- Handled receiving, inventory movement, and store distribution day to day, learning where operational processes actually break.
- Tracked stock accuracy across locations and traced discrepancies back to the process that caused them.
- Built the domain knowledge that moved me into the IT Service Desk role supporting the same teams and systems.

Selected projects
HeartByte — Campus Health Management
Health records that used to be re-keyed by hand are now extracted, validated, and stored automatically, with role-based access separating what students, nurses, and administrators can see. Deployed on Vercel with MongoDB Atlas.
Hungry Bros — College Food Bank App
Quota enforcement moved from an honour system into the checkout logic itself, so limits hold without staff policing them, and administrators can see remaining availability in real time.
DSA Project Terminal — Data Cleaning Pipeline in the Browser
The project can be explored from any browser tab, without Python, a clone or access to the course organization. Nothing runs on a server: the files are the project's own, and the run is a scripted replay of its stages rather than live execution.
Android Bookstore Manager
Inventory add, update, delete, and search run on-device against a local database, with unit tests covering the data layer rather than relying on manual clicking.
